Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

App Name: SpeakScribe

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SpeakScribe (“App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes only, in accordance with this Agreement and applicable App Store terms.

3. App Features and AI Services

SpeakScribe provides AI-powered speech and language features, including but not limited to:

• Audio upload and speech-to-text transcription
• Speech-to-speech translation and text-to-speech
• Interview assistance using AI-generated responses
• Meeting transcription, summaries, and meeting minutes
• Contextual Q&A based on recorded or uploaded audio
• Real-time and manual voice interactions with AI

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only and may not always be accurate.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require an auto-renewable subscription. Subscription details, including pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms, will be displayed prior to purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, process, and protect your data, including audio recordings, transcriptions, and AI-generated content.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or bypass security features
• Use AI-generated content in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software, design, text, audio processing logic, and AI integrations, are owned by the Developer or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Termination

The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App or AI services will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated outputs.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
